Welcome onboard to the Recruitment & Training portal of SkillWingZ EduTech (SWET)!!  Congratulations for taking a big leap for building your future. Please read carefully the terms and conditions of the program before registering.  

1.The modules are designed to train the candidate’s soft skills through a systematic process. This will equip you to prepare for off campus recruitment drives conducted by major MNC’s in the country. SWET will ensure that the contents are delivered to the maximum possible extend and  the set outcomes are achieved by the candidates who attend all session, and the resource persons will guide them to get trained on the modules. However, full cooperation and effort should come from the candidate in getting trained and to absorb the essence of training modules and be industry ready. 

2.To undergo the training, the candidate should pay the amount proposed by SWET. 

3.All sessions should be attended. 

4.SWET will try to arrange recruitment drives for the candidates, but it solely depends on the prevailing conditions in the industry and the willingness of client companies to be part of the recruitment process. 

5.The money back policy announced in the advertisement will depend on the following conditions.   

• Candidates must have attended the training fully and clear the entire assessment test scheduled by SWET and must have cleared all payment dues.  
• The candidate  appeared for a minimum of five recruitment drives and got rejected from all of them before declaring NOT WITH AN OFFER. 
• The candidate must have satisfied the basic criteria specified by companies for attending their recruitment process. 
• Non acceptance of a job offer, for any reason, by the candidate, will not be considered as A Not with an offer condition.  
• The amount to be refunded will be calculated after reducing the expenses incurred in training the candidate.  

6.SkillWingZ EduTech does not guaranty any placement opportunity to the candidates. However the modules are structured as per standards adopted by industries for recruitment process and the possibility of the candidate to get through it are high.

Provide end to end support in identifying talents from higher education institutions through systematic processes as per industry standards, train and place them in industry where these talents can be utilized. The talents which evolve through our state-of-the-art training and skill development programs will exhibit requisite software competences and soft skills, which enable companies to absorb them directly on rolls without any further training.

Recruitment Program:

We maintain a pool of trained final years and passed out graduates. These candidates are trained under our supervision and are skilled enough to be placed directly. Based on company requirement, we present them for their organization specific assessment and depending on their performance, companies can recruit them.
