1.The modules are designed to train the candidate’s soft skills through a systematic process. This will equip you to prepare for off campus recruitment drives conducted by major MNC’s in the country. SWET will ensure that the contents are delivered to the maximum possible extend and the set outcomes are achieved by the candidates who attend all session, and the resource persons will guide them to get trained on the modules. However, full cooperation and effort should come from the candidate in getting trained and to absorb the essence of training modules and be industry ready.
2.To undergo the training, the candidate should pay the amount proposed by SWET.
3.All sessions should be attended.
4.SWET will try to arrange recruitment drives for the candidates, but it solely depends on the prevailing conditions in the industry and the willingness of client companies to be part of the recruitment process.
5.The money back policy announced in the advertisement will depend on the following conditions.
6.SkillWingZ EduTech does not guaranty any placement opportunity to the candidates. However the modules are structured as per standards adopted by industries for recruitment process and the possibility of the candidate to get through it are high.
Eligibility criteria for YOP 2019, 2020 and 2021: Percentage: Minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) marks of 60% or 6 CGPA in each of Class Xth, Class XIIth, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation examination is required
Highest Qualification: Students should have completed their education in the stipulated course duration (i.e. no extended education) Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: Students should not have any pending backlogs
Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered). Students who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the other courses are full-time
Age: Students should be of 18 to 28 years of age
Courses & Discipline: Students from B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc from any specialization offered by a recognized university / college are eligible

Provide end to end support in identifying talents from higher education institutions through systematic processes as per industry standards, train and place them in industry where these talents can be utilized. The talents which evolve through our state-of-the-art training and skill development programs will exhibit requisite software competences and soft skills, which enable companies to absorb them directly on rolls without any further training.
Recruitment Program:
We maintain a pool of trained final years and passed out graduates. These candidates are trained under our supervision and are skilled enough to be placed directly. Based on company requirement, we present them for their organization specific assessment and depending on their performance, companies can recruit them.
Short term intense course (1-12 weeks) for company recruited professionals and passed out graduates. We accommodate batches of 30 – 50.
Technical students in their final year of graduation, belonging to any stream of technical graduation. They undergo a long-term course and get befitted for IT Industry along with the completion of their graduation.

SkillWingZ EduTech will be coordinating the recruitment and training for major MNCs across the globe. This is a single platform for students/graduates/experienced candidates get the opportunity to grab their dream job. The recruitment process of most of the clients consists of multiple steps. Initially there will be a screening process as per the company norms. This will be followed by tests to check aptitude/logical reasoning/language/communication/technical skills of the candidates. This will be followed by HR/technical interviews.
